1ONE
How ONE works

One coin a day. $ONE holders pick it.

Every other launchpad lets ten thousand coins launch a day and lets bots sort them out. ONE launches exactly one, at the same time every day, and the people holding $ONE decide which.

Any time

Submit

Anyone posts a name, ticker, art, lore and links (X required), a 0.1 SOL bond and an optional dev buy. One coin per wallet per ballot.

Any time

Vote

Each holder picks one coin and can commit up to 0.5 SOL to its launch block. Switch whenever you like.

Once a day

Count

Same moment for everyone, shown in your own time zone. Weight is measured then, from what each voter holds and how long they have held it.

Same second

Launch

The coin with the most weight launches. Its voters' SOL goes in as one buy in the launch block. A fresh ballot opens.

Coins submitted in the last 6 hours before a launch go on the next day's ballot, so nothing gets sneaked in at the last minute with no one looking.

Who gets more say

Voting weight is $ONE held × days held ÷ 7, capped at 7 days, with a minimum of 10,000 $ONE to vote.

Why not quadratic voting? Square-root weighting rewards splitting: 1M $ONE in one wallet gives 1,000 votes, the same 1M across 100 wallets gives 10,000. Without proof that a wallet is one person, quadratic voting gets farmed on day one.

Block one belongs to the voters

Voters for the winning coin can commit SOL ahead of time. At launch all of it is added up and bought in one go in the launch block, then split by what each voter put in. Snipers can't get in front of it, and nobody inside it pays more than anyone else.

Example on the standard curve (30 SOL / 1.073B virtual reserves): 5 SOL committed buys 153,285,714 tokens, entry at a 32.6 SOL market cap. If your pick loses, your SOL is never touched.

This demo

Everything that would touch the chain is simulated so the whole day can be tested in a minute: demo wallets with made-up $ONE balances, the bond, the vote, the launch and the pooled buy. The sample coins and past days are marked SAMPLE. The test clock (bottom right) moves the demo clock. All of it lives in your browser only.

Real build, in order: sign-in by wallet signature, a real $ONE balance snapshot at every launch, the bond as a real transfer, then the launch with the pooled buy in one bundle.
